The Paper Genome Project (2016-present): collaboration with artist Laura R Post about the medium of paper making and how it can connect varied interests across communities
“Tropical Anatomies” Project (2015) Providence, RI: a Brown/RISD art and science collaboration with PHD candidates Robert Lamb and Brooke Osborne to explore the visualization of rainforest research 
“Uplift: Conservation on the Plateau” Entrada Institute, Torrey, UT (2014): Artist Residency/collaboration with conservationists Collin Haffey and Cari Kimball in an attempt to define place and the difference between how scientists and artists interpret site specific locations and their importance
“Ribbon of Life”, Flagstaff, AZ (2014):  Collaboration with non-profit “Friends of the Rio De Flag” to make work inspired by the Rio de Flag Watershed 
“The Burnished Landscape”, Flagstaff, AZ (2013):  Collaboration with conservationist Collin Haffey making work inspired by the impact of climate change on wild fires surrounding Flagstaff, AZ

  • Explored papermaking with non-native plant species along the San Juan River in the

  • worked with the USGS to learn about and create imagery for the food web of 
the Colorado River Watershed through Grand Canyon National Park
